Good
Time Jazz Records was founded in 1949 by Lester Koenig in Los Angeles.
It did both new releases and reissues of classic jazz.
In
July 1964, Good Time Jazz developed its own version of oldies but goodies
singles, "Dixie Oldies" . They issued 10 singles in its initial release
package. Koenig expected to add btween 20 and 30 more singles to the list
in the next 6 months. They never came.
