Palisade label
The Mount Vernon firm was the result of a purchase of former Treasure Records plant in the summer of 1962. The group consisted of John Severino as president, Paul Livert as Vice President, Lou Capone and Sam Klein.     
Billboard 06.10.1962:  Kendall Hayes cut 4 new sides in Nashville for the Palisade label of Kentucky. 
Billboard 01.12.1962: Two new Paliside releases by Kendall Hayes:   
 14610: Johnny Lonesome b/w The tears came falling down     
 14710: Roamin´ through the countryside b/w Come on son     
Billboard 10.08.1963: Palisades Records leased "Roamin´through the countryside" and "Johnny Lonesome" by Hayes to Pelham, released on Pelham 4501.      
Billboard 16.11.1963: Former A&R chief of Buckingham Records, George Albert      
 was named President of Mount Vernon International with      
 labels MVN, Vernon, Pelham, etc.
