Label discontinued
Tangerine Records was started by Ray Charles in 1962. During that time he was under contract to ABC-Paramount / ABC Records. The Tangerine logo appeared on Charles'  ABC issues from 1967. In 1973 Charles left ABC and he closed Tangerine and started Crossover records.
